The meeting for August 11, 2008 was started at 6p.m. by County Director, Bob Harper.
Introductions were made. We had 18 present including visitors.
Secretary and treasurers reports were read and accepted.
We discussed Wayne's picnic ride to Schoodic point and Quoddy Head.
We discussed the Bay Fest in Bucksport.
Discussed the possibility of helping Dino's with their bike show next year, tabled until later.
End of the year get together will be at Andrea and Johns on Sept 28 starting around 11:00 on.

Ride to Owls Head. Leaving Dino's at 8:00
Blue Hill Fair August 28 to Sept 1.

Meeting for September 8, 2008.
Meeting was called to order at 6:05.
Introductions were made. We had 27 present including members and visitors.
Old Business:
Final plans were made for John and Andrea get together on the 28th. Please bring chairs.
Statewide this year made $25,296.50.
Number of people participating this year was much lower than last year.
We had a great big thank you from the dangerouscurvesandhiddendrives motorcycling group for UBM's help in helping
them raise $745.00 for the couple from Tenessee who were hurt here in July.
New Business:
Toy run will be leaving the Bangor Auditorium 8:30 a.m. sharp. Try to be there by 8:00a.m. September 14th 2008.
The Dollar Tree has donated 4 boxes of toys. They will be trucked down to the toy run.
Also remember the CMPTRA will have their track set up for belt sander racing.
Sandy Mckeon found out we needed a license to collect toys . She obtained one for $10:00 and it was voted on
to reimburse her for this.
We also voted on renewing our membership with MRF so a check for $100.00 was made out for this.
The Apple Dumpling ride will be on Sept 27th, leaving Dysarts at 9:30. Roger Howard will be leading this.
There is a POW/MIA memorial ride going to Medway Sept 20. leaving dino's at 8:00 sharp.
PAC meetings starting back up this Sept at the Weathervane at 1:00
