United Bikers of Maine was founded to help keep the motorcycle laws in check. Our founding fathers come from different
motorcycle groups that could not get in as one group so formed a group of all the different groups united as one. They have
a voice in our state government when it comes to the laws governing motorcycles. They keep us informed of what is going on
in our government. So support your UBM county groups. They do not care what you ride for a motorcycle. These laws apply to
all of us. Remember if it were not for this group we would not be able to say Let those who ride decide.

Our County Penobscot
We are United Bikers of Maine-Penobscot County. We are a non profit organization that holds events and rides to
gather donations for different charitable organizations in our county. Our biggest event being our bike and rodeo show that
we hold in the late spring. In the winter we also hold belt sander drags. This money also goes to different groups. These
groups just to name a few, are the Veterans Center, the Foster Families, animal shelters, etc.
We also just like to get together and ride. There are some great places to visit out there and a bike is a great way
to get there.
