Meeting was called to order by County Director Roger Howard at 6:00.
Introductions were made. 26 members were present plus to welcome guest from Hancock county.
Secretary's report read and accepted.
Treasurer's report read and accepted. 
 
Old Business
 
Statewide was discussed. This year's statewide brought in around $48,000.00 and from that the profit was around $28,000.00. Mention was also made about how many and how much the volunteers were appreciated this year. Good job to everyone.
 
Toy run was also discussed. Even though we had a wet rainy day for it the turn out was good. This years toy run yeilded about twelve bags of toys for each county and the Indian Nation. Many thanks to Penquis Cap and its volunteers for all their help and assistance.
 
Bob Harper has more signs for the road. See him to aquire one or two,
 
New Business;
 
Date discussed for upcoming events for the calendar for next year,
 
Belt Sander drags will be held twice each month for January, February, and March. The dates are 01/12-01/26 02/09-02/23 03/08-03/22
 
The Govenor's Tea will be May 01.
 
May 4th John's shakedown cruise to the Sons of God barbeque.
 
May 10th Penobscot Bike and Rodeo event
 
May 18th Wayne's Memorial Ride, rain date June 1st
