Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Bob Harper, county director.

Treasurers report was read and accepted.
Old Business:
A very big Thank You to everyone who helped out with the Beltsander Drags this year. We have had a very good year.
A big Thank You was given to Alan Bates for filling in as the announcer.
A big Thank You to Mike Denis and all the mystery gifts that he donated.
Rhoades building supply presented us with a gift of all the supplies we need to build a new track for next year. WHOOOO
HOOOOO!
On the agenda for next years races is the possibility of a consilation race, there will be more discussion on that at
a much later meeting.
Alison Ames offered to sing the National Anthem at this last race and we were pleased to have her there.
The table and chairs for our County have been picked up. The county now owns its own table and 2 chairs for whatever
we need them for.
New Business:
Al Taylor, the county director for Piscataquis and the Vice President for UBM and the News and Advertising person is
very ill and needs daily therapy to his leg to help strenghten and help him heal. Mike Hodnett has asked each county to donate
some money to help Al and his wife out. Penobscot County voted to give a $200.00 dollar gas card to them. It was motioned
and seconded and voted on.
There will be a safety seminar April 19 at the Hampton Inn, in Waterville, It is 12.00 per person.
The Downeast Tattoo Show, April 4th, 5th and 6th. To be held at the Elks Club.UBM will have a sign up table there. Check
with BoB Harper to see what isn't covered yet if you wish to be part of the sign up table.
Bike and Rodeo Show. May 10th at Dino's in Brewer.
CMPTRA will be holding beltsander drags at the bike and rodeo show using their new track. Come and check it out. They
are also doing a raffle for Charlie Daniels tickets. You could be a winner.
Randy is doing mileage contest, get your beginning mileage in to him so you will be already to start as soon as the roads
clear enough to get out there.
