Old Business:

 

We can order additional belt sander t-shirts for $7.30 each.

 

It was voted on to order similar t-shirts to sell at the beltsander drags. The shirts will sell for $15.00 each and should be ready by the first or second beltsander drag in January.

 

Now looking for sponsors for the beltsander drags which will be starting up in January. First drag is on January 12 2008.

 

New Business:

 

At the next month's meeting the Bike and Rodeo show discussions will begin.

Need new place to hold it.

 

Mileage contest winners were announced.

1st place to Roger Howard with14,827 miles

2nd place to Wayne Bragg with 14,276 miles

3rd place to Vic Fratello with 13,945 { he declined the win as he was the committe head of the mileage race] so

3rd place went to Mary Doak with 10,088 miles

4th to Bob Harper with 9,401 miles. Congratulations to all of them.

It was voted on for next year that the person running the contest is just as eligible to win as anyone else in the contest.

 

Other things discussed,

 

The Exiles will be holding a benefit dinner for Wayne Gray who has been diagnosed with cancer. It will be held at the clubhouse at Green Lake and admission will be $10.00. Time will be 12:00.

 

It was decided at the last E-board meeting that the money donations from the toy run  would go to Aroostook County and the gift certificates would go to the biker down fund.

 

UBM membership presently at 2486 members. However to date there have only been 42 renewals for membership and 34 new memberships.

 

Check out the Guardian Angel on the UBM website. Web mistress Heather has been working hard at updating the site. There may soon be a new website so stay tuned for more information.

 

The price of trees and rockers have gone up.50 each.

 

The trailer is still waiting to be painted and lettered.
