The meeting was called to order at 6:50 p.m. by County Director Bob Harper.
Secretary's report and Treasurer's reports were read and accepted.
We had 26 members present along with visitors from the Bangor Daily News, Passsamaquoddy Nation, Penobscot Nation, Penquis
CAP, Aroostook county, Hancock county, Washington county.
Everyone was very appreciative for the donations of toys received from the Dollar Tree stores.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 and we went on to have our Christmas party and Yankee swap.
There were some great presents flying around and Dino's made some great pizza's. We all had a great time.
Now,by the time most of you receive this the New Year will be upon us.
It is once again Beltsander Race time. This year we have a brand new track with 12 inch lanes. Come and check it
out. We also have a separate track for the kids to do jitterbug races on. The kids are still free. Spectators are still free.
Racing is $5.00 per machine. We will be running stock and modified classes.
There will be a yours and mine drawing, door prizes and a mystery gift.
What else have you got to do. Come on out and have some fun, meet some new friends or get reaquainted with old friends.
Dino' s food is great and Tracy will be running some specials.
