Meeting called to order by County Director Roger Howard at 6:00 p.m.

Secretary's report and treasurer's reports read and accepted.
Old Business:
Bike and Rodeo show. We are not able to have the bike and rodeo show on the waterfront down by the Seadog so
please be on the look out for a new place to hold it, check into these places and bring the suggestions and what you
have found out to a meeting. Please!
Proposal for life membership went to Bill Judkins who has been the treasurer for UBM state. He is officier of
the year.
For those of you who volunteer to work at statewide this year, if at least 4 people work 4 hours each their county
will be reimbursed their entry fees. Check out the ubm statewide web site.
Volunteers for the toy run needed for parking and traffic control and to help with the toy separation. The community
action groups will be involved from the counties to help with distribution.
New Business:
We has some left over tee shirts that the group decided to take and sell for 5.00$ a shirt, I believe they are
all sold, but you can check with Bob Harper to find this out.
Points of Interest:
Remember Nicky's bike nites. Every tues. at 6:00
Friend and Friend Orono bike nites at the Sea Dog every third Thurs. of the month at 6:00.
Help suport your other counties with their rides.
Keep and eye our for the deer, moose, bear and other critters that are out. The animals are on the move,
Also with all the rain that we have had there is a fair amount of sand, dirt and gravel on the roads, BE
CAREFUL!!!
