The meeting was officially started at 6:07 p.m. by County Director Bob Harper.
Before the meeting the Dollar stores came in with the toy donations that they had gathered and the
tally was around 700 toys.
Introductions were made around the table and we had 17 members present, visiting members from Piscataquis
County and some visiting members of the Saracens.
Old Business: Beltsander T-shirts. Should they be sold at the races or be kept for members of the Beltsander
racing team.
New Business: Cerificate's of Appreciation to be given to sponsors of the Bike and Rodeo show we had this
year. Voted on and approved.
Money for frames for the certificates. Voted on and approved.
P.O. Box address centralized for United Bikers of Maine, Penobscot County. Voted on and approved.
New stamp for return address voted on and approved.
Dispersement of funds from Bike and Rodeo show.
$300.00 to Veterans. $300.00 to Foster Famlies. $300.00 to Ed for support for his family. All voted
on and approved.
Christmas party for Penobscot is December 10th at 6:00 pm at Dino's. We will be having a Yankee swap.
MRF is looking for new members.
There are new motorcycle plates out for veterans.
Piscataquis county is working on the backwoods blackfly bash to be held the last weekend in July. More to
come on this later.
